We’ve been hard at work, see industry insights, our accomplishments with our partners to provide organizations a standard in sustainable practices.

The data entry process can be a barrier to entry for farmers wanting to participate in sustainability programs. This is top of mind for Truterra, as our goal is to scale farmer participation in conservation programs with the farmers’ needs at the center, backed by a network of ag retailers they trust.
Recently, Truterra has made improvements to the back-end system (don’t worry, we won’t get too technical here) and ramped up work with two influential companies in the agtech and sustainability space, CIBO Technologies, the creator of CIBO Impact, and Ever.Ag Agribusiness, the creator of the popular FieldAlytics platform.
“We’ve made incredible progress to scale our business and drive efficiency for farmers when it comes to enrolling in Truterra programs and services,” said Mariah Murphy, Director of Field Services at Truterra. “As a business we are continuously focused on what’s best for the farmer in their conservation journey.”
Here’s a bit on each of these companies and how they’re helping to make working with Truterra more seamless for farmers and ag retailers, especially when it comes to data input.
CIBO Technologies
CIBO Technologies’ mission is to help scale the adoption of and power the transition to regenerative agriculture using advanced science and technology. CIBO and Truterra are working together to help reduce the barriers farmers face in finding, qualifying for, and enrolling in sustainability programs. Together, the two companies are developing an improved enrollment platform for Truterra programs and services that utilizes CIBO-sensed data, which increases speed and efficiency for farmers in the qualification, enrollment, and results reporting process.
Enter: MyPortal. With MyPortal, powered by the CIBO Impact platform, Truterra is working to make it faster, easier, and more approachable for farmers to discover, engage, and enroll in programs that incentivize sustainable farming practices.
Within the first few months of working together, CIBO helped to enable the enrollment of over 1 million acres across 30 states in Truterra programs through the MyPortal platform. Now and going forward for enrollment, farmers take a short pre-enrollment survey and create a MyPortal profile that incorporates remote-sensed data, which helps streamline the prequalification and enrollment process.
Ever.Ag Agribusiness
Ever.Ag Agribusiness provides software and services to ag retailers and service providers and brings decades of experience in providing customers with the insight to help them operate more efficiently, sustainably and strategically across the supply chain.
This collaboration with Truterra includes an integration with the FieldAlytics platform, which is a common platform for farmers and retailers to input all kinds of agronomic data. The integration will help address the challenge of scaling sustainability solutions and allow for a more seamless collection of essential data and then channel it more efficiently to Truterra.
“One of the barriers to adoption in sustainability programs is the time required to supply quality data on the farming practices” says Ernie Chappell, Founder and SVP of Strategic Development at Ever.Ag. “This integration strengthens a service provider’s ability to assist growers with this task, in part by using existing FieldAlytics activities and thus reducing time spend and duplicative data work.”
